The colourprobe 1000 is designed
to operate in pipe diameters from 150mm through to in
excess of 1 metre. It has a potential surveying range
of 250 metres from point of entry in conjunction with
a four-wheel drive tractor unit, and comprises the following:
The colour camera head is fitted
with a solid-state high-resolution 1.5 LUX TV module
coupled to a 4mm wide-angle lens. The lighting for pipe
sizes up to 225mm diameter is via solid state LED lighting.
For pipes up to 1000mm there is an external light interface
for additional lighting. The camera incorporates intelligent
focus and auto electronic IRIS.
The system control unit incorporates
built-in DVD and Compact
Flash Recorder(records directly onto DVD±R/RW
discs and CompactFlash™ and SD™ Cards),
10.5" TFT flat screen monitor, camera control unit
to operate internal/external lighting functions and
tractor power supply. The unit operates automatically
from 110v to 240v AC.
Probewriter text generator with auto on screen meterage
display.
250 metres of Polyurethane sheathed
TV cable incorporating a Kelvar strain relief. The cable
is stored on a Nylon coated, heavy-duty storage reel
and is fitted with a low noise slip ring commutator.
Terminated with Swiss made high spec waterproof
moulded connectors.
