We have taken on board the comments from our customers regarding the design of the new coiler and one of the biggest changes that has been made is the way in which the camera is now stored inside the coiler which will cut down on damage when in transit.

Interchangeable camera heads was another subject which was frequently mentioned and this has now been addressed with the new system. If the camera head does for some reason require to be sent back to Scanprobe service department, it can now be easily disconnected, serviced and returned in 24 hours.
